Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Xactly’s Professional Services (PS) organization is looking to add a dynamic team member located in our San Jose, CA office. The Operations Analyst within Xactly’s Professional Services organization will report directly to our VP of Professional Services. He/She and will be responsible for defining and implementing processes, systems and procedures to ensure consistency in measuring and managing the PS business. He/She will play a key role in helping to define standard business processes for focus areas including - periodic financial metric reporting, upstream and downstream system maintenance, contract maintenance and execution for Partners, and cash management. The function involves providing decision makers the necessary information to enable business operations to function efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Xactly Professional Services Management team to drive the initiatives related to systems and tools supporting the PS organization.
- Understand process and business practices of Xactly’s PS organization to help improve current practices to achieve a more effective and efficient business operations.
- Perform system administrator activities for Professional Services organization
- Provide consistent, high quality reports
- Analyze and interpret reports and define its meaning and business trends
- Work directly with Xactly’s partner network on contract management, execution and staff availability reporting
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years working within the Professional Services or Sales Organizations
- Expert knowledge in one or more of the following Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems: OpenAir (or alternative PSA), Salesforce.com.
- Proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Familiar with Google docs
- Detailed oriented
- Demonstrate excellent business analysis
- Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
- A quick learner and a self-starter
