Salesforce.com Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Salesforce.com to develop and execute a go-to-market plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: lead referrals and revenue opportunities, partner marketing opportunities, application integration, Salesforce.com corporate and field team visibility of Xactly and relationships at all levels between the two companies
- Navigate the Salesforce.com organization and facilitate meetings and introductions to key executives
- Map the Salesforce.com sales, SE and Field organizations
- Present and articulate the Xactly vision and value proposition
- Demonstrate the Xactly Incent solution and modules at a high level
- Act as the primary point of contact between Salesforce.com and Xactly Corporation
- Create tools, documents and collateral for both the Xactly team and the Salesforce.com team
- Maintain and update internal tools such as PRM and Xsite with SFDC related material
- Maintain Xactly’s presence on Salesforce.com internal tools such as the Appexchange and the Partner Catalog
- Market and update Salesforce.com teams on Xactly progress, customer wins and new features on a quarterly basis or as required
- Constantly drive to improve Xactly positioning and visibility within Salesforce.com as the premier ICM vendor partner
Required Skills:
- Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
- BS/BA and a minimum of 5+ years of business experience
- Experience managing partners and alliances
- Sales experience a plus
- Results driven and able to achieve/exceed quarterly objectives
- Ability to develop creative partner marketing and lead generation programs
- Able to track partner lead and opportunity performance metrics in Salesforce.com

Solutions Architect – Incentive Compensation & Sales Performance Management
Responsibilities:
As a senior member of Implementation Services, the Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of our on-demand SPM/ICM solutions and the management of engagements and customer relationships. In this role, you will have an excellent opportunity to fully utilize your knowledge and experience in solutions design, implementation, project management and client management.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Scope implementations and develop solutions strategies and project plans
- Manage end-to-end solutions delivery and customer expectations
- Lead business requirements and data collection
- Analyze compensation plans and policies, and develop functional specifications and designs
- Lead the configuration of comp plans, unit testing and system testing
- Work with customers to deploy our solutions and facilitate customer adoption and enablement
- Provide guidance and QA to our implementation partners
- Develop reusable processes, templates and toolkits for rapid deployment.
Some travels to client sites are needed (up to 50%).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of sales compensation and sales operations is required
- B.A./B.S in business, accounting, finance or information systems
- Played the roles of project manager, functional lead, or technical lead in at least two enterprise application implementation projects (e.g., ICM, EIM, ERP, CRM, HRMS)
- At least three years of experience in business or IT consulting
- Experience in implementing or using enterprise incentive management applications or Incentive Compensation Management applications is a plus (e.g., Callidus, Oracle, Centive, Varicent, Synygy)
- Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
- Excellent customer advocacy and relationship skills including demonstrated frontline customer interfacing experience
- Ability to work independently and play multiple roles

Business Analyst - Customer Support & Managed Services - San Jose, California
Responsibilities:
We are a fast-growing Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) provider that delivers automated on-demand sales performance management solutions (SPM) for mid-market companies. Our services are used by sales and finance executives, compensation analysts, sales operations and sales across a variety of industries.
Your primary responsibilities are to guide customers to use our SPM solutions and services efficiently and effectively, manage the processing of incentive compensation on behalf of our customers, help customers resolve operation issues, and provide support for product testing and deployment. This is a customer facing and problem solving role. You’ll be able to fully utilize your expertise in customer relationship management, analytical thinking, structured problem solving and application support, and make a significant contribution to the success of our customers.
The responsibilities will include:
- Take full ownership of certain accounts and manage the setup and processing of incentive compensation on behalf of customers
- Understand, replicate, validate, and resolve customer service requests from customers and partners
- Document and track case history, case status and solutions
- Communicate with customers regularly via phone, emails and online support tools about case status and solutions
- Submit escalations to the next level of support, operations or Engineering
- Develop white papers and tech notes
- Support testing of new product releases and patches
- Provide inputs to product management and Engineering
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of experience in providing application support to business users (e.g., sales operations, sales, finance, HR, payroll, management)
- Experience in sales compensation management and sales operations is a plus
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with customers
- Solid skills in structured problem solving, listening and customer relationship management.

Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer - San Jose, California
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases through both manual and automated testing, using QA automation tools such as SilkTest, Winrunner or QTP
- Use database and SQL script, J2EE architecture, and scripting languages such as Perl, Python or php, as well as the Jboss Application Server 4.0.2 and other similar pplication servers

UI Architect - San Jose, California
Xactly Corporation is seeking an experienced and self-motivated UI architect who enjoys working hands on with latest and emerging technologies. The candidate must provide leadership in building efficient, scalable and flexible Web UI platforms. The candidate will interact closely with product management to identify and prioritize product requirements; work with other engineering architects to design new features and improve existing product functionality.
Job Responsibilities
- Define UI architecture and roadmap.
- Architect a common and scalable UI platform across all Xactly products.
- Hands-on product code development.
- Partner with engineering management and product management to set the direction of the UI platform.
- Work with engineering management and development team in task level planning of project deliverables.

Job Requirements and Skills
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 10+ year extensive experience in building web based software products, with last 3+ years work experience as a Web UI Architect.
- Very high technical competence, with a proven track record building highly scalable, flexible UI platforms.
- Must possess solid understanding and working experience in J2EE enterprise applications especially Java Server technologies, Struts tag library, JavaScript, DHTML, XML and relational databases.
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies is mandatory.
- Proven experience in building UI Widgets and components using JavaScript, AJAX and DHTML is desirable.
- Must have good understanding of server side frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate etc.
- Good working experience with Adobe Flex 2.0 & above is desirable.
