What should I bring with me to the training sessions?

Just bring your laptop! There are no other materials you will need to bring to the sessions. Each registered attendee will be given a flash drive with the Student Guide from each breakout session to take home with you.

I attended CompCloud last year. Will the content be the same this year?

If you attended CompCloud last year you can expect new content and material this year on a variety of Incent products and modules. We have even created new content for our Advanced Admin course.

Should I attend the Advanced Admin session if I have never taken any of the Basic Admin Workshops?

It is not recommended for users to attend Advanced Admin if you have never taken the Basic Admin course. We want our users to be successful when using our product and want to make sure you are able to get the most out of your time spent in our training courses. We offer Basic Admin live at our San Jose head quarters and over the Web.

If I attended Advanced Admin at last year's CompCloud event, should I attend again this year?

Absolutely! We have added new modules and material to our existing Advanced Admin course to help continue your skill set in the Xactly Product Suite.

What are the benefits of becoming Xactly Incent certified?

A great addition to your resume!! Being Xactly Incent certified demonstrates to your current and any potential future employers that you are a proficient Xactly Incent administrator.

What types of certification, if any, will be offered this year?

We will be offering Level 1 certification as well as introducing our new Level 2 certification exam. Be among the first of our users to become a Level 2 certified Xactly Incent Administrator.

I am a new user, should I try to get Xactly Incent Certified?

Yes! We recommend getting certified if you have been using Xactly Incent to process your incentives for at least a quarter. Test your knowledge and skills as well as expand your resume.

I am Level I certified, what can I expect to encounter if I take the Level II certification exam?

The Level II exam will test your knowledge on more of the advanced concepts of Xactly Incent. This certification is recommended for users that have been using Incent for at least a year or anyone who has taken our Advanced Admin course.

What if I do not pass either certification exams?

Do not fret! If by chance you do not pass either certification exam you can retake the exam at any point after CompCloud on your own schedule. Simply contact the Education Services department to schedule a subsequent exam when it is convenient for you!
