Standard Support:
The Standard Support Plan is included with all Xactly Express subscriptions and is available to customer administrators during designated business hours*. You will have the ability to create and monitor requests and to view's Knowledge Base by accessing our self service portal. Access to the portal is restricted to customers.
In the near future we will be offering additional support options that will allow us to better service your needs.
