Split Management and Multi-Currency Support Eases Administration of Compensation Payments

  • Multi-Currency Support: delivers support for 155 currencies making management of international transactions easier than ever. The Corporate Standard Currency functionality automatically converts transactions, which are inputted into the system in any currency, into a company’s corporate standard. The Personal Currency option allows administrators to set a currency for each individual user and automatically have all transactions for that user be converted into the proper format.
  • Simple Split Management: improves a company’s ability to more easily split sales commissions between two or more reps. Rules-based splits allow users to set up rules for recurring splits in order to divide credit for any future transactions. Ad-hoc splits enable customers to easily divide credit for one-off scenarios using an intuitive manage deals screen. Users can simply select the transaction to split, the representatives to credit, and enter the appropriate percentages.
  • Better Plan Communication: enables sales representatives to better understand their compensation plans with two key improvements. The Plan Modeler allows users to see the earnings potential of the compensation plan at various stages of their quota attainment, enabling them to change attainment numbers to model different scenarios. The Single Page Summary feature gives customers the ability to see all the details of the compensation plan on a single page, including modeled earnings, quotas and commission rates. Details can then be exported to PDF or Microsoft Word formats for easy offline reading.
