XACTLY NAMED TOP FINALIST IN 2008 CODIE AWARDS

Leading on-demand sales compensation management application
chosen from among more than 1,000 nominations

SAN JOSE, Calif.—February 13, 2008—Xactly Corporation, the leader in on-demand sales performance management, today announced it has been named a finalist for the 2008 Codie Awards. Established in 1986 by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the annual Codie Awards represent one of the industry’s premier recognitions of outstanding achievement and vision in the software, digital information and education-technology industries. The Xactly Incent on-demand application for sales compensation management was named a top contender within the category of Best Financial Software Solution.

 “Xactly Incent stood out for me because in one of my first high-tech jobs, I managed sales compensation for a good chunk of IBM. At the time, we largely did it on Lotus 1-2-3.  A lot of companies still do this on spreadsheets,” said one 2008 Codie Award judge, Rob Enderle, president and principal analyst with the Enderle Group. “If you’ve ever done sales compensation, you know what a pain in the hindquarters it is. You’ve also learned that if you do it poorly, you can sink the company.”
