 Xactly Extends Type II SAS 70 Data Security with Type I SAS 70 Certification for Leading On-Demand Sales Compensation Management Application Xactly Incent is the First Independently Validated SAS 70 On-Demand Sales Compensation Management Application Hosted in a SAS 70 Type II Certified Facility SAN JOSE, Calif. – March 26, 2007 – Xactly Corporation, (www.xactlycorp.com), the market leader in on-demand sales compensation management and an innovator in on-demand sales performance management, today announced that its flagship application, Xactly Incent™, has successfully completed a Type I SAS 70 audit. By way of this achievement, Xactly Incent becomes the first SAS 70 on-demand sales compensation management application to be hosted in a Type II SAS 70 certified facility, underscoring Xactly’s commitment to providing customers maximum assurances with regard to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and concerns over outsourced controls. “Whether you are a public or private company, strict attention to internal business processes and related business controls requires oversight whether it be managed internally or outsourced,” said Karen Steele, Xactly, vice president of marketing. “Too many businesses still use spreadsheets to manage incentive compensation, leaving them exposed with respect to SOX compliance.
