SUDLOW AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING Industry veteran brings nearly three decades of product development leadership expertise SAN JOSE, Calif.—June 2, 2008—Xactly Corporation, the leader in on-demand sales performance management, today announced the appointment of William J. Sudlow as senior vice president of engineering. Formerly with Intuit Inc., Sudlow will be responsible for all product development, engineering and quality-assurance activities as Xactly scales its product-development efforts to deliver the market’s broadest portfolio of sales performance management applications. “Bill’s 28 years of experience and proven leadership in developing next-generation applications and services will help us continue to deliver the most innovative and reliable products in the market,” said Christopher Cabrera, president and CEO, Xactly. “His focus will be on the continuous development of world-class sales performance management offerings, deep integration with CRM and other synergistic applications, and ensuring the superior usability of Xactly’s expanding suite of on-demand solutions. We look forward to working with Bill and leveraging his ability to inspire industry-leading development productivity and quality in high-growth environments such as ours.” Sudlow comes to Xactly from Intuit, where he served first as vice president of product development for TurboTax, and most recently as vice president of product development for payroll products and online services, the largest and fastest growing new business unit within Intuit. While at Intuit, Sudlow drove a stream of innovative releases and services while continually enhancing usability and product quality resulting in substantially reduced customer support calls. “There is a tremendous opportunity in the on-demand sales performance management space to deliver innovative offerings that result in meaningful ROI for customers of all sizes,” said Sudlow. “Xactly has emerged as the clear market leader in this space in terms of strategic vision, ability to execute and market traction. Before that, he served as vice president of product development at Claris Corporation and vice president of engineering positions at Neuron Data, Inc. and PROCASE Corporation. He began his career at HP in a variety of engineering management positions. Sudlow holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, a master of science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and a master of business administration degree from Santa Clara University.
