SAN JOSE, Calif.—October 13, 2008—Xactly president and CEO Christopher Cabrera will present a session at next week’s Cloud Summit Executive 2008 conference addressing the changing landscape for sales and business professionals, and exploring ways to motivate behavior for maximum results. Titled “Arming Your Sales Team for Success - Compensation Strategies,” the discussion will take place on October 14th at 4:00 p.m. at The Computer History Museum, Mountain View, Calif.

Cabrera will focus on the new paradigm in infrastructure and software deployment brought about by the emergence of cloud computing, and how this new business model creates both challenges and opportunities for lead generation and sales compensation.
