Xactly Announces Xactly Rewards for Salesforce.com’s Force.com

Customers Can Now Deliver Non-Cash Incentive Programs for All Employees Leveraging the Force.com Platform

SAN JOSE, Calif.—December 11, 2007—Xactly Corporation, (www.xactlycorp.com), the market leader in on-demand sales performance management, today announced that its Xactly Rewards™ application, a comprehensive non-cash rewards offering that is fully integrated with its flagship Xactly Incent™ application, will be built natively on salesforce.com’s Force.com platform and delivered in Q1 2008.

Xactly provides a number of complementary applications to Xact­ly Incent—such as Xactly Rewards—which can be added in a modular approach to enhance a company’s investment in, and benefit from, its sales performance management program.
