Xactly Incent™ for AppExchange provides seamless integration to salesforce.com and delivers the power of an enterprise sales compensation application in an on-demand model at a fraction of the cost. With Xactly Incent and its complementary modules available on the AppExchange, salesforce.com customers can benefit from sales compensation and sales performance management capabilities within their Salesforce implementations.

As companies leverage the combined power and efficiency of CRM and incentive compensation management, they gain flexibility from the rules-based architecture of Xactly Incent. It enables the creation and management of any type of compensation plan. Plus, Xactly Incent provides real-time, web-based compensation visibility that integrates with salesforce.com to deliver strategic value to all levels of the organization. Sales can log in to salesforce.com and access critical sales performance data, including:

  • Seamless Connectivity. The Xactly Direct Connector™ for Salesforce makes it simple for Salesforce users to import an individual’s specific compensation plan and incentive rules from Xactly Incent so that estimates are run directly within Salesforce. Salesforce users will experience ultimate ease of use and rich sales performance visibility.
     
  • Xactly Commissions Mash-Up with Salesforce. The Xactly Commissions mash-up with Salesforce helps sales determine where to focus their selling energies and which opportunities will most immediately impact the business and their earnings. With the Incentive Estimator sales reps can explore “what-if” scenarios tied to every component of a Salesforce opportunity and receive immediate feedback on commission and bonus payout.
     
  • Visibility through reports and dashboards. Xactly Incent provides a variety of dynamically generated standard reports and dashboards that can be customized to meet your needs. Such reports include sales compensation statements, compensation details, incentive plan summaries, team overviews and stack rankings.

  • Strategic estimation. Incent for AppExchange includes integration with the patent-pending Incentive Estimator™, which provides Salesforce customers with the ability to run what-if scenarios based on Salesforce opportunities or estimated sales. They can then calculate potential commission and bonus payments before, during and after a sale. Customers quickly access the Salesforce opportunities of interest by using information filters such as date and probability of closure. Customers can customize the fields used to estimate incentives; for even more flexibility, they can map their company’s opportunity fields in Salesforce to estimator fields in Xactly Incent.

  • Seamless integration with Xactly sales performance management modules. Xactly provides Salesforce customers with additional value by seamlessly exposing its Xactly Modeling™ and Xactly Analytics™ modules through the AppExchange. Xactly Analytics provides a rich set of analysis and reporting capabilities to provide visibility into sales compensation management. Businesses leverage Xactly Analytics to spot trends, find anomalies and identify strengths and weaknesses in their sales compensation data. Xactly Modeling enables management to determine the impact of organization and compensation changes before implementing them.
