Key Features of Xactly Incent

Real-time what-if calculations. True motivation comes when you can still change the outcome. Xactly Incent offers sales the ability to calculate "what-if" scenarios based on estimated sales or saleforce.com opportunities to determine commission and bonus estimates before, during and after a sale. Companies using Salesforce can now customize the fields used to estimate incentives, as well as map their company’s opportunity fields in Salesforce to estimator fields to provide a consistent view for sales.

Flexible plan design and management. Sales compensation plans come in all shapes and sizes. Xactly Incent offers a rules-based architecture enabling you to easily create the plans that fit your business requirements. Companies can define incentives calculations based on new sales or leverage historic rates and sales relationships for calculating chargebacks. Additionally, companies can easily manage the evaluation and release of held incentives based on the receipt of contract payment or other business events.

Xactly Payroll Navigator™ is built on a set of open APIs for Xactly Incent called XactlyConnect™. The Payroll Navigator enables incentive compensation data and results such as commissions, bonuses and payments to be easily transferred to any major third-party payroll vendor for payment processing. This makes Xactly Incent the world’s first on-demand sales compensation management solution to provide connectivity to all leading payroll systems to help ensure the accuracy of incentive payments and reduce the administrative costs of the payment process.

Xactly Payroll Navigator can be used to quickly create specific payroll templates for any payroll vendor, providing only the data required. Administrators select the specific columns of data to be extracted from Xactly Incent and their display order. The selected data fields can then be downloaded directly and in their entirety to the chosen payroll provider or to various departments within the company. The data fields can also be relabeled to match the target destination’s naming scheme, thus giving the receiving entity the data exactly the way it needs to see it—a particularly advantageous benefit in multi-national corporations and when managing a merger or acquisition situation.

Plan Document management. Patent-pending Xactly Document Management ensures process efficiency and accuracy through customizable electronic creation, routing, and approval tracking of compensation Plan Documents and Certification Letters.

Easy plan maintenance. In today's business environment, changing compensation plans once a year does not fit the bill. Xactly Incent enables quick and intuitive plan maintenance – from adding a SPIF to changing a compensation plan.

Visibility through reports. Xactly Incent provides a variety of dynamically generated standard reports that can be customized to meet your needs. Such reports include sales compensation statements, compensation details, incentive plan summaries, team overviews and stack rankings. Additionally, Xactly Analytics provides all users with the flexibility to create custom reports, charts, and dashboards to track their key performance indicators.

Security. Compensation data is sensitive company information. Xactly recognizes this and provides a secure environment including strict password standards, logins locked to specific IP addresses, and firewalls and physical security at our hosting facility. Xactly also offers companies the ability to set the level of complexity within their password policies so they map to corporate standards.

Seamless Integration with Xactly Sales Performance Management Modules. Xactly provides customers with additional value by seamlessly exposing Xactly Modeling™ and Xactly Analytics™ modules through the Xactly Incent pulldown menu.
