Xactly Incent Tutorial for Subscribers

Course Overview

The Xactly Incent Tutorial for Subscribers is designed to provide individual subscribers with instructions on how to access the Xactly Incent application for reading and reviewing their incentive statements, sales transactions, and plan summary, and managers for reviewing and tracking the performance of their teams. Delivered in an E-Learning, self-paced format, this course guides subscribers through a series of demonstrations, interactive simulations, and assessment questions to establish a solid understanding of Xactly Incent’s interface, navigation, and basic functionalities for end users.

Course Objectives

  • Gain a solid understanding of the basic concepts and user interface of Xactly Incent
  • Enable students to log into the application, and access myIncentive and myTeam information
  • Provide step-by-step instructions on how to use the Incentive Estimator.

  • Payees:  Anyone being paid commission through Xactly Incent
  • Sales Management
  • Sales Operations
  • New Compensation Administrators

Prerequisites

  • Basic understanding of sales compensation plans and statements

Course Length

30 minutes – divided into six 5-minute modules

Prerequisites

Module 1 – Overview of the Xactly Incent Concept – 5 minutes

Target Audience - All Subscribers

This module provides an overview of the basic concepts and terminology of incentive compensation and the Xactly Incent process for compensation processing.

Module 2 – How to Log Into Xactly Incent – 5 minutes

Target Audience - All Subscribers

This module provides a demonstration of how to log into Xactly Incent and reviews all the features of the home page including changing your password, reviewing messages and accessing myMessages. This module will include assessment questions at the end of the module.

Module 3 – myIncentives – 5 Minutes

Target Audience - All Subscribers

This module defines the reports displayed on the myIncentive tab including the Incentive Statement, the Incentive details, and the Plan Summary. This module will include demonstrations, interactive simulations and assessment questions.

Module 4 – myTeam– 5 Minutes

Target Audience - Sales Management and Executives, and Compensation Administrators

This module defines the reports displayed on the myTeam tab including the Team Overview, the Team Incentive Statement, the Team Incentive details, and the Team Plan Summary. This module will include demonstrations, interactive simulations and assessment questions.

Module 5 – Plan Document Review and Approval – 5 Minutes

Target Audience - All Subscribers

This module defines and demonstrates the functionality associated with reviewing and approving compensation plan documents. This module will include demonstrations and assessment questions.

Module 6 – Incentive Estimator – 5 Minutes

Target Audience - All Subscribers

This module defines and demonstrates the functionality associated with myEstimator. This module will include demonstrations, interactive simulations and assessment questions.
