 Xactly Incent for SubscribersCourse Overview Xactly Incent for Subscribers is designed to help individual subscribers become familiar with the use of Xactly Incent for reviewing their incentive statements and plan summary and estimating commissions, and help managers use Xactly Incent to review and track the performance of their teams. This training tailors our standard Subscribers user guide to your company’s specific configurations and needs and is delivered in an instructor-led demonstration format. The training provides step-by-step live demonstrations to establish a solid understanding of Xactly Incent’s interface, navigation, and basic functionalities for end users. Course Objectives

Course Length 1-hour sessions delivered via online meeting services such as GoTo Meeting Format The training is conducted by using either your online meeting tool or Xactly’s tool (e.g., WebEx or GoToMeeting). This is a list of major topics covered in the training: Application Access Subscribers see a demonstration of how to log into Xactly Incent and review all the features of the home page including changing your password, reviewing messages and accessing myMessages. If the subscriber base includes Salesforce.com users, a demonstration of how to access Xactly Incent through AppExchange will be included. myIncentives A demonstration and definition of the reports displayed on the myIncentive tab including the Incentive Statement, the Incentive Details, and the Plan Summary Reports is provided. Additional Report features such as right-click functionality, and report printing and downloading is also included in the demonstration. myTeam The instructor will demonstrate and define the reports displayed on the myTeam tab including the Team Overview, the Team Incentive Statement, the Team Incentive Details, The Monthly Overview, the Team Plan Summary and the Team Ranking Reports. Incentive Estimator A definition and demonstration the functionality associated with the Incentive Estimator is provided. The Opportunities are entered manually into the Incentive Estimator. Plan Document Review and Approval Subscribers see a demonstration of the functionality associated with reviewing and approving Compensation Plan Documents. Course Development An Xactly instructor will work with you to review the standard templates for subscriber training and then determine how to tailor the training materials for your specific needs. Typically the customization requires the setup of sample users in your configuration, one for a sales representative (or individual payee), and another for a manager who supervises a team. Based on the perspective of each sample user, the training will be conducted in two tracks - for individual payees and for managers. You will determine the number of sessions to be run.
