Course Overview
The Xactly Modeling Workshop is designed to provide administrators with hands-on experience using and administering the Xactly Modeling module. Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will be able to initialize a Modeling environment, estimate Commission expenses, update the configuration for Plan and Organization changes, and migrate these changes to the Xactly Incent production environment.
Course Objectives
- Provide a solid understanding of the Xactly Modeling features and functions
- Develop essential skills required to administer and maintain an Xactly Modeling environment
- Build the foundation for using Xactly Modeling as a tool to estimate commission expenses and create and test plan and organization changes
Target Audiences
- Compensation Administrators, Sales Operations Professionals and Financial Analysts who are responsible for commission expense tracking and configuration maintenance.
Prerequisites
- Xactly Incent Administration Workshop or equivalent application experience
- Xactly Incent Compensation Plan Configuration Workshop or equivalent application experience
- Familiarity with your company's comp plan details
- Working knowledge of Incentive Compensation
- Experience using web based applications
