Xactly Incent for Subscribers is designed to help individual subscribers become familiar with the use of Xactly Incent for reviewing their incentive statements and plan summary and estimating commissions, and help managers use Xactly Incent to review and track the performance of their teams. This training tailors our standard Subscribers user guide to your company’s specific configurations and needs and is delivered in an instructor-led demonstration format. The training provides step-by-step live demonstrations to establish a solid understanding of Xactly Incent’s interface, navigation, and basic functionalities for end users.

Xactly Modeling
The Xactly Modeling Live Web Class is designed to provide administrators with hands-on experience using and administering the Xactly Modeling module. Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will be able to initialize a Modeling environment, estimate Commission expenses, update the configuration for Plan and Organization changes, and migrate these changes to the Xactly Incent production environment.

Xactly Incent Date Effectivity
The Xactly Incent Date Effectivity Live Web Class is designed to provide administrators with hands-on experience using and administering the effective dating feature in Xactly Incent. Upon completion of the workshop, the attendees will be able to use Xactly Incent to track changes in their organization using effective dated objects. Administrators will gain experience creating new versions as well as updating existing versions of the Organization objects.

Xactly Incent Document Management and Report Modification
The Xactly Incent Document Management Live Web Class is designed to introduce administrators to features and functions available for Document Management creation, routing and approval tracking. Students will learn how to create and modify the Plan and Certification Letter Templates to meet the specific needs of their organization. Additionally, students will access the application as a subscriber and review and approve a completed Plan Document. Students will also learn to create Workflow Definitions and Route Documents using the Docs module.

The Xactly Incent Template and Draws Live Web Class is designed to provide administrators with hands-on experience creating and modifying Quotas and Rate Tables using a template as well as creating a Payroll template to meet specific business needs. Additionally students will review the Draw options available in Xactly Incent and create a Draw for a new employee.

The Xactly Analytics Live Web Class is designed to give administrators hands-on experience creating Reports, Charts and Dashboards using Xactly Analytics. Upon completing this 2 Part Web Class, attendees will be able to create Reports and Charts that provide insight into the trends and anomalies of a business. These Reports and Charts will then be assembled logically on Dashboards, providing the user with an “at-a-glace” view of these key metrics.

The Xactly Advanced Analytics Live Web Class is designed to give administrators hands-on experience working with complex report topics. Upon completing this Web Class, attendees will be able to create Pivot Tables, utilize Functions and Filters within Column Expressions, add Navigation to Reports, as well as understand and create Bins.
