CompCloud 2017 is a wrap. Filled with hundreds of educational sessions, amazing keynotes, and plenty of food, drink, and fun, the week literally flew by. We want to thank our customers, sponsors, prospects, and partners for joining us. Your participation helps make CompCloud the premier event in the incentive compensation industry. Wrapping up this entire event in a single blog is daunting. However, one thing connects the many dots together, and that’s this year’s theme: “Inspire Amazing.”
Amy Purdy – Inspiring Amazing
Our guest speaker Amy Purdy inspired everyone in the audience by sharing how she turned personal challenges into motivators after having both her legs amputated below the knee at the age of 19. She showed us that, no matter what circumstances we face, there can be unexpected opportunities, and that we have the ability to reinvent ourselves by embracing these new possibilities.
Our Customers – Inspiring Amazing
Xactly customers, such as DXC Technology, are lowering turnover and building employee trust with fair and transparent incentive compensation practices. DocuSign is using compensation to drive its business forward in a much more strategic manner. Customers in all stages of the journey are closing books faster, reducing shadow accounting, improving forecasting, and inspiring higher performance with Xactly. As always, one of the biggest CompCloud highlights is seeing the success of our customers celebrated in Xactly’s annual X-Factor Awards.
Xactly’s Latest Innovations – Inspiring Amazing
Xactly continued its 12-year history of innovation with four groundbreaking announcements at this year’s CompCloud:
- Xactly SimplyComp™ – the first and only DIY automated compensation solution for organizations with up to 25 sales reps
- Xactly Insights™ for Sales – providing new insights into team performance and prescribed courses of action based on machine learning
- Xactly Connect™ new functionality– including pre-built API integration with Workday and a new user interface
- New EU Data Center – to support Xactly’s international expansion
Xactly Leadership – Inspiring Amazing
From our CEO Chris Cabrera’s keynote to our COO Evan Ellis’ customer panel to the presentation of Xactly’s roadmap led by Desta Price, Senior VP, Products and Education, our executive team did an amazing job. Customers gained a clear understanding about the power of incentive compensation to inspire their teams, the biggest issues and changes facing the industry, and how Xactly can support them.
A Phenomenal Team Effort – Inspiring Amazing
CompCloud is a huge and cross-functional endeavor at Xactly that spans IT, product development, education, finance, marketing, sales, and customer success! Everyone did a fantastic job. This was my first CompCloud, and I was blown away by the attention to detail and the customer consideration that goes into the event.
