Xactly acquired AlignStar, a leading territory planning tool. Learn how this new addition to the Xactly suite is helping customers improve sales territories.

Last week, Xactly reached a historic milestone in our journey. Vista Equity Partners successfully completed its acquisition of the company. It was a proud moment for me—to start a company from the ground up, and now be part of a worldwide organization consisting of 42 software and technology companies that deliver best-in-class software products across 175+ countries to 700,000 customers.

With Vista, Xactly can further our existing focus on innovation and customer success, as well as add to our strategic product roadmap with the solutions our customers need most. Not wasting any time delivering on this commitment, today we announced the acquisition of AlignStar, a leading, worldwide provider of territory planning and management software.

Effective territory planning is a critical first link in sales performance management (SPM) and in motivating performance. With the addition of territory planning to our leading SPM suite, customers of all sizes can visualize potential, analyze performance, optimize territory design, and manage field resources to maximize results.

The acquisition also extends the core value of our game-changing big data offering, Xactly Insights™. For the first time, sales leaders will have visibility into pay and territory data at the rep level enabling them to better plan and manage performance.

The acquisition is just the first step in our exciting new chapter and validation that we are poised to continue our strong trajectory of growth. For more information on the AlignStar acquisition, please visit: https://www.xactlycorp.com/press-releases/xactly-completes-acquisition-alignstar/.
