Get Excited: The Compensation Event of the Year Begins Tomorrow!
If you’re a CompCloud veteran, you may be asking yourself where a whole year went. Could it possibly be CompCloud time again? The answer is a resounding yes, and we’re all lucky it is, because this year’s event is sure to be the best yet. If you’ve never attended before, or if you’ve attended every year, there’s a lot of fun surprises in store for you in the next few days! To give you a taste of what you have to look forward to, and in light of our anticipation for the compensation conference of the year, we thought we’d take a look at last year’s event. Attendees have so much to look forward to, including:
An Amazing Venue
For the third year in a row, CompCloud will be taking place at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. The hotel is situated along San Francisco’s iconic Embarcadero, with stunning views of the waterfront and Ferry Building. Take a walk beside the bay, enjoy the sights, and perhaps treat yourself to a fine dining experience at one of the Ferry Building’s top restaurants.
Great Networking Opportunities
CompCloud is an opportunity to learn, interact, and become inspired by those around you. Whatever you put into it, you’ll get out tenfold. That’s because you’re surrounded by other compensation professionals ready to learn and discuss tips, tricks, and challenges. Be sure to brush up on how to represent your company at events.
Motivational Thought Leaders
Last year, Chris Harrington, President of DOMO, discussed how visibility into the sales process using dashboards and Sales leader boards motivate and incentivize reps to sell more. Harrington asserted that “People lie, but data never does.” You can look forward to many more insightful nuggets of wisdom from thought leaders speaking at this year’s event as well.
Hanging Out With Quota
Who doesn’t love a great photo op with our friendly mascot? Quota will be meeting, mingling, and taking pictures with all of his adoring fans at the event!
An Inspirational Keynote
Christopher Cabrera, founder and CEO of Xactly, and Dan Harris, co-anchor of both Nightline and the weekend edition of Good Morning America on ABC News will take the stage to discuss the future of sales performance management and the power of incremental change, respectively.
A Fabulous Party
You can look forward to enjoying a fun evening with friends at the #xactlylovesme customer party. Last year the customer appreciation party was held at Sens, and this year the party will be at Lucky Strike bowling alley! Attendees will have the opportunity to meet peers in a relaxed environment, and give back through charity bowling.
A Community of Compensation Experts
CompCloud is the year’s most important opportunity for Xactly customers and partners to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn about the latest trends in incentive compensation. Can’t wait to see you there!
