Today Gartner announced that Xactly remains a Leader in the Gartner 2015 Magic Quadrant for Sales Performance Management (SPM).1 This is the second consecutive year that Xactly has earned this position based on our continued strength of ICM offerings, product improvements, and sales execution.

The report illuminates important company progress including Xactly’s strong roster of enterprise customers with over 1,000 payees, and the recently built relationship with Deloitte. According to Gartner, these developments, among many others, were said to “indicate a strong future” for Xactly. Since last year we are the only vendor in the Magic Quadrant that moved up in execution and to the right on vision.


Gartner forecasts that, “by 2017 15% of organizations will use…benchmarks to design their incentive compensation plans.” This critical piece of information validates our thought leadership as we recently released Xactly Insights™ a one-of-a kind, significant new development for the SPM space, because it gives plan administrators access to data-driven best practices in plan and quota design, and variable compensation levels.
