Dan King, Xactly VP and Controller, will moderate a special session featuring finance and compensation management executives from Barracuda Networks, Empirix, Monotype, and Sitecore. In a roundtable format, panelists will share their experiences in complying with the new commission expense accounting (CEA) requirements under ASC 606, discussing top challenges faced and lessons learned.

Xactly Insights and Benchmarking
Learn how Xactly’s sales performance AI platform is helping organizations drive performance with industry benchmarkingand predictive analytics. Cole Connelly, Product Management Lead, will also present Xactly’s just-released machine learning algorithm to predict sales rep attrition. Leveraging a model of over 50 unique data elements, Xactly’s algorithm empowers organizations to proactively address and prevent undesired sales attrition, lowering business costs and safeguarding performance.

Chris Li, Senior Product Director, and Peter Lai, Solutions Consultant, will provide a demonstration of Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA). Xactly CEA gives organizations an end-to-end solution to account for commissions under ASC 606 - from defining which contract costs are subject to capitalization and amortization, to automating impairment and generating journal entries. Using Xactly CEA, organizations can gain summary and detailed level insights into their commission accounting process in order to comply with the new standard.

Xactly Incent Roadmap

Discover new and planned functionality for Xactly Incent incentive compensation management (ICM) software. Product Manager Steve Eddy will walk attendees through the most recent product enhancements and talk about what customers can expect to see in the future. With Xactly Incent’s intelligent automation, organizations improve the accuracy and efficiency of compensation processes and motivate higher performance.

Territory Optimization with Viega and Xactly AlignStar

How effective is your sales territory design? Territory planning is the foundation of SPM, yet many companies still rely on maps and spreadsheets for territory design. In this session, Mark Evans, Director of Sales, North America at Viega LLC, and Terry Vaughn, Product Management Director, will share how Viega was able to realign and optimize sales territories based on sales potential using Xactly AlignStar. Mark will share how automated and modernized territory planning allowed the company to increase growth for both sales revenue and opportunities.

During this session, Maria Oczko-Canant from Xactly Strategic Services will discuss the direct and indirect benefits of sales compensation administration assessments, including the people, process, and technology best practices it takes to create a successful program. Joining Maria will be David Lee, Senior Accountant at LogRhythm. David will discuss how LogRhythm completed an ICM assessment and optimization workshop to optimize their sales compensation administration and move them towards a world class comp admin organization.

Xactly Connect Fundamentals

Xactly Connect is a robust and standards-based integration platform that has been purpose-built to automate and streamline how your business systems and Xactly Incent work together. In this session, Lissa Radman, Product Manager, will describe the different ways that customers can manage their SPM integration processes through Xactly Connect. With the ability to automatically pull multiple data sources through Xactly Connect, customers have saved hundreds of hours per month.
