1. A confirmation notice will be sent within 2 days of registration. Only opportunities that are not active in the Xactly sales cycle are accepted.
2. Xactly Account Executive will work with you to close the sale of the Xactly subscription. Referrals are valid for 180 days from the date of acceptance.
3. After the Xactly Account Executive closes the sale, Xactly will pay a referral commission per the terms of the Xactly Referral Agreement. Commissions are paid after the cash collection from the customer.
