SAN JOSE, Calif. – July 31, 2012 – Asure Software, a leading provider of workplace management software, is using Xactly Express to improve the accuracy and speed of its sales commissions processes and provide real-time visibility to its 20 sales representatives.

As its number of reps and the complexity of its commission plans continued to accelerate, Asure needed to find a more effective way to manage sales compensation. The company turned to Xactly Corporation, the leader in cloud-based incentive compensation and sales performance management (SPM), and went live with Xactly Express in May 2012. Xactly Express is the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for emerging companies.

Commissions processing that previously took more than five hours a month was cut down to less than thirty-five minutes. In addition, Asure was able to eliminate manual processes for creating and emailing out rep commissions statements – a process that previously took five plus hours monthly. Today, statements are generated automatically through Express and sent directly to reps - enabling them to log onto the system daily and see their performance and pay-outs. With this real-time exposure, reps are able to understand how they are mapping to quota at any given time and disputes have been greatly reduced.
