DUBLIN, IRELAND & SAN JOSE, CA – April 28, 2015 – Xactly, a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced that it is working with initiafy, a provider of job training platforms, to improve their sales team efficiency and compensation transparency. The Irish company’s technology reduces the time and cost for firms with contractors and short-term workers to onboard employees.
