By implementing Xactly’s incentive compensation platform, Rosetta Stone hopes to gain the agility to keep pace with its rapid business growth and stringent compliance requirements, while delivering sales teams the mobile intelligence they need to sell strategically and effectively.

By adopting Xactly to power its sales and finance operations, Rosetta Stone can optimize sales performance and processes across sales divisions and geographies. Seamless integration of Xactly’s solutions and other critical systems, including Oracle and Workday, will enable Rosetta Stone to easily view and analyze essential information for better forecasting, decision-making and payment processes across multiple currencies. Sales representatives and new compensation plans can be on-boarded into the system in a matter of days or weeks, which is critical to sustain growth and meet compliance requirements.
