SAN JOSE, Calif. – August 6, 2012 – To help businesses increase revenue in the second half of 2012, Xactly Corporation and ZS Associates will host the “Better Incentives Breakfast Series” on how businesses can improve sales compensation strategy.

At the breakfast events, sales compensation experts from Xactly and ZS Associates will share tips organizations can use to simplify their incentive plans, encourage the right sales behavior and grow bottom line results. They will also discuss different ways to analyze the sales team’s performance, identify the top sales performers and recognize areas for improvement.
