Apperian Selects Xactly Express to Align Sales Performance with Fast Growth
Gains Visibility and Automation by Upgrading its Commissions Process from Manual Spreadsheets to Xactly
SAN JOSE, Calif. – December 5, 2012 – Xactly Corporation, the leader in on-demand incentive compensation and sales performance management, today announced that mobile application management company Apperian, Inc. has selected Xactly Express to improve sales rep visibility and results. Xactly Express is the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses.

As the company’s growth accelerated and the size of its sales team expanded, the process of calculating commissions was becoming increasingly unwieldy.

The system will eliminate current spreadsheet-based processes and reps will be able to check statements online quickly. Sales managers will be able to pull reports and view individual and team performance at any time, allowing them to identify and resolve potential performance issues.
