Xactly Appoints Micheline Nijmeh as Chief Marketing Officer

Marketing Industry Veteran From LiveHive and Salesforce Brings a Decade of Data-Driven Expertise and Proven Results to Sales Performance Management Leadership Team

SAN JOSE, Calif. – May 17, 2016 – Xactly (NYSE: XTLY), a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced Micheline Nijmeh as its Chief Marketing Officer. Nijmeh will be responsible for driving global brand recognition, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and communications for the company. An experienced marketing executive, Nijmeh brings more than 15 years of enterprise marketing knowledge to Xactly.”

A seasoned Silicon Valley executive, Nijmeh was most recently the CMO of LiveHive. At the fast-growing sales engagement analytics company, she was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy and company positioning. Prior to this, Nijmeh served as Senior Director of Integrated Marketing for Silver Spring Networks, where she oversaw the global marketing strategy for its networking and data platform for the Internet of Things. She also held the position of Senior Director of Integrated Global Campaigns at Salesforce, where she led the demand generation and marketing strategy for Salesforce’s Force.com and Chatter platforms.
