These user-driven enhancements provide customers the intelligence and tools they need to drive more strategic compensation programs that result in increased motivation and bottom line results, while reducing risk.

Xactly’s new offerings include extended functionality for Xactly InsightsTM, providing a significant increase in actionable, empirical incentive compensation benchmark data; the introduction of Xactly InspireTM to drive optimal performance through sales coaching and on-boarding; Prior Period Adjustments, the first out-of-the-box ability to easily adjust prior period incentive calculations to ensure auditability; and an improved integration toolkit, Xactly ConnectTM.

Xactly Insights

As Xactly continues to expand, Xactly Insights has increased the range of data available for customers to leverage and influence key business decisions. In addition to the average, customers now have access to the 25th percentile, the median, the 75th percentile and the 90th percentile. Customers can use this out-of-the-box, big data reporting platform to compare their performance to that of their peers across 28 of the most popular sales management and finance measures – including plan, credit and spend metrics. Xactly Insights is the industry’s one and only empirical big data set for sales performance and compensation.
