One With Our Community

Giving back to local communities - under the umbrella of our Xactly One™ program - is an integral part of our corporate culture and values. We encourage our employees to share their time and talents with organizations dedicated to improving the lives of those in need and making dreams come true. Through our involvement, we not only better our own lives and the lives of those who are less-fortunate, but we also help enhance and strengthen our community and our Xactly team.

To encourage community involvement, we organize outreach events for our employees, friends and family. Each quarter, we select an organization to support and organize various programs or events in which we can participate as a group.
