He is a vocal advocate for the intersection of AI, human motivation, and data-driven growth strategy.

Sam Zayed is a global sales leader with over three decades of experience growing revenue for high-growth technology companies. At Xactly, Sam leads the field organization across sales, partners, professional services, and revenue operations, applying the same rigor to Xactly's own revenue engine that the platform delivers for customers.

Tiffany Sieve leads Xactly's global marketing strategy spanning demand generation, brand, product marketing, communications, and sales development teams. Known for building high-performance marketing organizations, she brings a track record of pioneering new channels, launching category-defining campaigns, and turning marketing investment into measurable pipeline.

Megan Barbier leads Xactly’s global people, IT, and business systems organizations, aligning technology and talent strategy to build an agile, performance-driven culture. Operating at the critical intersection of AI, technology, and human potential, she focuses on leveraging digital and human resources to elevate organizational performance and the employee experience. She has over 20 years of experience guiding high-growth SaaS companies through hyper-growth, digital transformation, and private equity transitions.

Christopher Li leads Xactly's product and customer organizations, focusing on guiding customers through digital and AI transformations that maximize business outcomes. As CPO, Christopher owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Intelligent Revenue Platform — including incentive compensation, territory, and quota management, sales planning and forecasting, the benchmarking data set, and the Fleet of AI Agents.

Kandarp Desai is a strategic technical leader who has built cutting-edge SaaS and AI platforms across advertising, geolocation, and sales performance management. As CTO, Kandarp leads global engineering and customer support teams while driving the technical architecture behind the Intelligent Revenue Platform. He also serves as GM of India, overseeing Xactly’s expansion in the region. He holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and brings a wealth of experience as both a startup founder and a technical leader who has helped scale mid-market companies.

Adriana Carpenter oversees Xactly's global finance organization, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading finance for high-growth SaaS companies. She has a proven record of building scalable operations, driving profitable growth, and applying AI and data-driven insights to accelerate decision-making. Adriana joined Xactly in July 2026.
