Acquisition of Leading Territory and Management Software Delivers Critical First Link in SPM

SAN JOSE, Calif.—August 8, 2017–– Xactly, a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced the acquisition of AlignStar®, also known as TTG, a leading, worldwide provider of territory resource management (TRM) software. With the addition of AlignStar’s territory management and optimization solutions, Xactly expands their Sales Performance Management solution by adding a critical first link in SPM. This new offering will help customers: increase productivity up to 20% in the first year; lower travel expenses up to 15% on average; increase revenue by 7% by being able to identify new sales opportunities; and realize up to 75% time savings with automated territory planning processes.

The acquisition also extends the core value of Xactly Insights™ the company’s sales analytics and benchmarking solution, giving sales leaders visibility into pay and territory performance data at the rep level, for the very first time.
