XactlyOne volunteers strive to make a meaningful impact and create positive changes. The rewarding experience of helping others further strengthens the Xactly team.

Justin Khuc

“XactlyOne has raised over $20,000 in donations for the American Cancer Society, a cause that is close to my heart. I’ve lost loved ones, just like many other Xactlians, and I’m thankful that Xactly enables me to be part of the cure. You just have to care and show up to make a difference.”

Relay For Life

San Jose Xactlians gather at the starting line to kick off Relay for Life 2016. Relay for Life has continued to be one of San Jose’s hallmark charity event, bringing together all Xactlians in the months leading up to the event for fundraising, barbecues, and parties. Throughout the campaign, XactlyOne was able to raise over $28,000 for the American Cancer Society, helping aid the fight against cancer and the celebration of birthdays.

River Cleanup

The Guadalupe River runs right next to Xactly’s San Jose Office, and is one of a few landmarks in the city. In order to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our surrounding area, Xactlians took to the river with gloves, garbage bags, and trash pickers in hand. Taking time out of the busy workday to head downstairs and help San Jose continue to be one of the best places to live, work and play.

First Steps

Amanda Fennell, Xactly’s Marketing Director, EMEA, completed the London Marathon in April of 2016, while raising funds for First Step – a UK charity that helps children with special needs or disabilities, and their families. She powered through a few training injuries, determined to complete the run and enjoy the experience. She ended the race at over 133 percent of her fundraising goal, donating over £2100 to support the valuable and necessary work of First Step Foundation.

Denver and San Jose Xactlians joined forces in the month of November to become “Mo’ Bros” and “Mo’ Sistas”, growing mustaches to support awareness for men’s health issues. Altogether, Xactlians have raised $9,000 for the Movember Foundation, a charity organization dedicated to helping men live longer, happier, and healthier lives.

Light the Night Walk

Xactlians lit the night in Denver Colorado in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society funds research to find a cure, as well as treat and care for patients with blood cancer. The XactlyOne team raised nearly $1,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on a heart-warming night.

Best Buddies

In support of Best Buddies, Xactlians participated in the Hearst Castle challenge and biked along California coast from Carmel to Hearst Castle. Best Buddies International is the world’s largest nonprofit organization devoted solely to providing opportunities for friendships, jobs and leadership training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. XactlyOne has contributed over $22,000 in support of this worthy cause.
