XactlyOne

Giving back to the community

where we live and work

XactlyOne has donated more than $60,000 & contributed thousands of volunteer hours to the community

Charities

At Xactly Corporation, promoting a spirit of giving and engagement extends the C.A.R.E values of our company's culture into the communities where our employees live and work. XactlyOne organizes volunteer opportunities and projects for employees, and encourages them to take action and donate their time and talents in their local neighborhoods. XactlyOne volunteers strive to make a meaningful impact and create positive changes, and the rewarding experience of helping others further strengthens the Xactly team.

To further encourage employees to give back in our community, Xactly provides three paid volunteer days a year for Xactlians to participate in philanthropic ventures near and dear to them.

Xactly’s paid volunteer days have been used to provide time to many charities such as:

Second Harvest

Second Harvest

Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties is the trusted leader dedicated to ending local hunger. Since its inception in 1974, Second Harvest has become one of the largest food banks in the nation, providing food to an average of nearly one quarter of a million people each month. The Food Bank mobilizes individuals, companies, and community partners to connect people to the nutritious food they need.

Dreampower

Dreampower

Building lives filled with dreams, and the power to make dreams come true is the Dreampower Horsemanship mission statement. All the individuals associated with DreamPower - program participants, staff, board, donors, and volunteers - work together to support this mission. Working with horses provides a wonderful opportunity to engage in therapeutic activities outside of a traditional therapeutic environment.

Brothers Redevelopment

Brother's Redevelopment

Brothers Redevelopment is a Denver-based nonprofit organization that provides housing and a variety of housing-related services for the region’s low-income, elderly, and disabled residents. To fulfill its mission, Brothers Redevelopment works to grow sustainable revenue streams, develop advantageous alliances, and create a compassionate and sustainable organization.

“It was such an incredible experience to be able to take time off of work to help a family in need. Xactly enables us to do that.”

Tara Hallam | Manager Lead Generation and Sales Operations
