From Gratitude to Greatness: Celebrating Our Valued Customers on Customer Appreciation Day

Today, Xactlians (Xactly employees) gather to celebrate something truly special - Customer Appreciation Day. It’s a day that reminds us to recognize and champion the exceptional practitioners and teams at the heart of everything we do here at Xactly. As the CEO of Xactly, I’m constantly humbled and inspired by our customers' unwavering commitment to their craft, support, and partnership with Xactly.

For over 19 years, we’ve been on a journey of growth and innovation, and thanks to the loyalty and trust of our 1000+ customers around the world, we’ve been able to achieve and sustain success. Customer Focus is not just a marketing slogan at Xactly, it was intentionally selected as the first of our C.A.R.E. values (core values) and remains the guiding principle for all that we do. Everything we’ve achieved is a testament to the incredible partnerships we have developed with each of our customers — the group we affectionately call the Xactly community.

I want to express my gratitude for the guidance, loyalty, and advocacy that have been invaluable in shaping our solutions and services. Participating in the various customer initiatives and feedback channels we deploy, whether it’s our Xactly Community portal, user groups, or our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), you demonstrate why you’re the lifeblood of our success and innovation. Without these interactions and initiatives, we wouldn’t be where we are today, and it’s energizing to see your commitment to excellence. Our promise to you is that we will continue prioritizing your experiences and satisfaction in every aspect of our operations.

We also know firsthand the high level of expertise within our Xactly community and how important sharing that expertise amongst the community can help drive the success of teams. With that in mind, we’re excited to announce that our customer conference, Upside (formally Unleashed), is back and better than ever this year! This conference will provide a great opportunity for our community to come together, network, and share ideas while allowing the Xactly team to share our vision for the future and what’s planned for this year in the innovation lab. We look forward to seeing everyone at this 3-day action-packed event.
