December 1, 2021 -- Xactly, the leader in intelligent revenue solutions, today announced that Soichiro Fukuma will join the company as Representative Director and Japan Country Manager.  Fukuma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience accelerating global sales organizations.

Fukuma has been at the forefront of B2B IT sales for more than 20 years, most recently at VMware. He led the growth of their Japanese subsidiary, managing a significant portion of company-wide sales. He has been instrumental in managing large-scale sales organizations and optimizing sales performance, from strategy and planning to execution.

In this new role, he will support Xactly’s partner, Japan Cloud, with operationalizing Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
