Receiving the Torch: A New Chapter for Xactly

Today marks a significant milestone in the journey of Xactly. After 19 incredible years of leadership, we celebrate our founder, Chris Cabrera, as he retires from his position as Xactly’s CEO. While I am honored to be the next CEO of Xactly, it is impossible to take on such a role without first expressing my deepest gratitude. We thank you Chris for founding and building an amazing organization that has positively impacted so many people both professionally and personally. I look forward to working together as you continue your role as a valued member of our Board of Directors.

To our loyal customers: your successes and challenges steer our innovation and fuel our dedication to excellence. We have built Xactly on the foundation of your trust and by listening to your needs. This will not change. We will continue our investments in groundbreaking AI technologies leveraging our unique data assets. We aim to deliver solutions that exceed your expectations, and we will not waver in our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

To our valued partners: you are the allies who have supported us, solving customer challenges and amplifying our reach. We have worked together to push boundaries and achieve outcomes we could not have realized alone. I have personally witnessed your brilliance, from the customer-centricity of our go-to-market, services, success, and support teams to the innovative spark of the R&D organization to the unwavering commitment of our finance and HR teams. Your spirit has enabled our success, and I will count on that same spirit to drive our future innovation and growth.
