BestFit Mobile Selects Xactly to Improve Sales Visibility

SAN JOSE, CA – January 5, 2012 – Xactly Corporation, the leader in on-demand incentive compensation and sales performance management, today announced that mobile strategy and application developer, BestFit Mobile, has selected Xactly Express to improve sales rep visibility and results. Xactly Express is the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for SMBs.
BestFit Mobile specializes in working with companies and brands to help create their mobile strategy roadmap and develop the applications that their employees and customers use on popular mobile phones and hand-held devices such as the iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry. While the company is dedicated to helping customers such as Michaels, Movember Foundation, KichenAid and AT&T create cohesive mobile strategies that engage their users, they recognized they could be doing more to engage their own sales team.

BestFit will be implementing Xactly Express inside their Salesforce CRM deployment, giving reps end-to-end visibility into customer activity – from the initial point of contact, through to the final sale. The system will eliminate current spreadsheet based processes and reps will be able to check statements online quickly – freeing them up from time-consuming shadow accounting and lessening accounting disputes, a process that currently takes sales management up to five days a month to manage. In addition, sales management will be able to easily pull reports and view overall and individual rep performance anytime, allowing them to identify and resolve potential performance issues at the point and time of need.
BestFit Mobile plans to implement and roll-out Xactly Express to its eight person sales team in January 2012.
