Earlier this year, we conducted a survey of more than 2,000 sales experts in North America and Europe about their technology, processes, and plans for the near future. We asked these industry leaders about how they weathered 2020 and how they were going to adapt for this year and beyond.
At first, we thought what any normal business leader would think—disaster with a capital “D.” And sure, while many aspects of business were hit hard, what we learned from this research study was more hopeful than anticipated. The participants told us that many positive things came out of 2020 that will continue to become staples of business going forward.
