At Xactly Unleashed, OpenSymmetry will share a live case study with The Knot Worldwide at 3 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, June 12 (view the full event agenda here). Together, they will present how they successfully converted The Knot Worldwide’s data management solution from Delta to Xactly Connect, with direct integration to SFDC, while streamlining the entire SPM process along the way.
This presentation will provide details on planning, execution, and testing to ensure session attendees have an opportunity to see firsthand what goes into this transition and ask questions. In addition to the migration over to Connect, the OpenSymmetry team will share how they took advantage of the project time to also redesign the plans inside Xactly Incent to allow for easier management of plan changes. They will share industry best practices around plan component redesign for Xactly Incent, data strategy and planning, test strategy and execution, and knowledge transition for the team.
