I’ve worked with Xactly for about six years at this point, and something that has been an evolution for me is how I’ve engaged with the Xactly team and the additional resources that they have available. I found it really helpful to be in contact with my CSM and approach him with questions. He’s been really engaged. That’s not something I did early on with Xactly and that’s really been a game changer.
It’s been a very collaborative experience with Xactly…one thing I have to give kudos to Xactly is about how they are able to be really engaged with their customers on their day-to-day processing, as well as challenges. I think that is very commendable.
I think our CSM and our Account Manager have been really engaged in helping us to level up how we use Xactly. They’ve done that through regular check-ins, organizing product demos for us, helping us with projects. It’s just very clear that our Xactly team is invested in our success and that really makes a big difference for us.
The things I see that Xactly is doing is their Communities, it’s a company that I would like to be associated with. They are out in their community, they have really great values as a company and that’s something that’s really important to me when I think about the people that I want to work with.
Having a tool like Xactly where we can put in all these little complicated pieces that we have and still have it automated, it makes Xactly stand out.
With Xactly helping me understand industry standards, where things should be, what tools are available, that’s really been very helpful.
